GENERATOR CABINET
FG Wilson enclosures have all been designed and developed by specialist acoustic engineers t reduce sound levels to comply with the European Community Regulations 2000/141 EC which became effective on 1 January 2002.
Except FG Wilson enclosures, we as Ata Enerji are design and build enclosures locally to meet specific customer requirements. We supply container type sound attenuated enclosures for bigger range generally above 800kVA generating set. Containers are designed and constructed in accordance with ISO standards. They are made from 2mm trapeze shape sheet metal for robust construction. Inside walls of the container are furnished rack wool and perforated steel to absorb the engine noise. Air inlets and outlets are designed to size of the generators, furnished with acoustic cassettes and louvers.
Residential or critical type exhaust silencers are used optionally. Container are coated with two layer epoxy undercoat and finished with industrial dye ensuring long service life against harsh environmental conditions. The color is defined as RAL code up to customer request. The advantages of container type enclosure are robust construction, walking inside to easy maintenance and high sound absorption capability.
Enclosed generator can minimize the time and resource needed for on site installation and can be customized for space efficiency whilst retaining the ability to meet required acoustic specification. We supply sound attenuated canopy for smaller size of generators. We offer design and machining sheet material with high performance CNC technology including shear or laser cutting, punching, sawing, machining of steel bands (profiling, punching, bending, roll-forming, bordering), welding, powder painting. Inside of the canopies is furnished acoustic foam that resists high temperatures. Exhaust silencer are fitted inside of the canopy.
