Exhaust silencers are supplied originally from U.K. with FG Wilson generating set. These are three type according to reduction of exhaust noise; Industrial, residential, critical type
In addition we supply customized exhaust silencer to customer request. Silencers are made of 2 or 3 mm steel sheet depending on size and model. After surface cleaning they are painted with heat resistant dye. They can be insulated with rock wool and covered zinc or aluminum sheet on them after installation preventing heat dissipation to generator room.
Besides exhaust silencer we offer acoustic treatments for generator room such as acoustic cassettes, louvers and doors. These types of silencers are positioned to air inlets and air outlets of the generator room to minimize the noise of the generating set.
